Yann has been working with various private and public structures on the path to change and success for more than 10 years. His experience in organizational “coaching” is varied since he has been able to lead mandates with local SMEs, international companies or public administrations.
On behalf of third parties, as a member of the executive committee of a national professional association, he contributed to the management of its entire communication department. He has also been mandated by multinational companies as part of development and / or communication projects. He is currently strategically involved in 4 boards of directors.
For his own account, Yann has managed various companies in Switzerland and abroad and during this course was able to practice all the activities that an entrepreneur may encounter: purchase, development, merger, acquisition, resale, creation of a joint venture. , etc…. As such, he was able to develop and work out the human development strategies of the company.
He is the owner and director of Intercom SA, a public limited company based in Lausanne and active in strategic and human development through its Anthros brand. He is also involved in the national and international development of Leonardo3.4.5, an approach to identifying behavioral preferences, as director and owner. Also a lecturer for various institutions, his training style is oriented towards valuing knowledge through experience.
Holder, among others, of a Federal Brevet of trainer of adults, of a formation of transactional analyst, and of a formation on the micro-expression (Paul Ekmann), he is also co-author of the book “Tous pour all ”which will be published during the first semester of 2020 and which deals with various innovative management approaches.
