The IMSG's pedagogical project is designed to prepare students for problem-solving and decision-making in changing contexts.

It ensures that students are placed in an inclusive and reassuring environment, by providing rapid responses and individual tutoring, by developing interaction with collaborative projects and social activities aimed at cooperation, and by providing transparency in assessment, both in terms of the criteria on which it is based and the implementation of self-assessment designed to encourage perspective-taking.

At IMSG, this means in concrete terms

Enhancing employability

Developing employability is the cornerstone of the IMSG's pedagogical project, based on the principle of school-business duality.

To guide its students along the path to employment, IMSG has set up a program entirely dedicated to employability. It focuses on developing professional networks through recruitment mornings, CV workshops, coaching sessions and public speaking courses.

A genuine learning community

With its "pragmatic and solutions-oriented" programs, the IMSG is "a school for life", with a deliberately small number of students to ensure real proximity between the players.

DBA students are often in charge of teaching their own research. They don't hesitate to give their time to guide younger students in methodology and thematic contributions. Many of our graduates come to speak and teach.

Individual enhancement and equal opportunities

The IMSG promotes an active policy of diversity and inclusion. The concepts are integrated into the school's culture and into programs and events that promote intercultural understanding.

Students must be able to express themselves freely without fear of judgment or discrimination. This encourages collaboration, innovation and active learning. They are made aware of discrimination and harassment, and have fair and rapid procedures for dealing with any complaints.

A fair and equitable evaluation system

Teaching and assessment methods are based on autonomy, encouragement, success and empowerment, rather than failure, punishment and fear.

The principle of global assessment takes into account not only the grades obtained by the student, but also peripheral activities. To ensure coherence with the professional world, it is transcribed in the form of twelve skills which, at the end of the curriculum, give rise to a skills passport.

An attentive teaching team that generates a climate of psychological trust

The IMSG team is well aware of the profound societal changes facing students. That's why we aim to develop their senses through sports and artistic activities.

It also seeks to make them aware of the addictions and other social ills that weigh on their cognitive abilities. It is for these reasons that altruism and benevolence are at the heart of the learning process.

Learning by theme

However, the traditional education system, organized in silos, is unlikely to provide an answer to today's challenges. That's why IMSG has decided to develop and offer its students "pragmatic and decompartmentalized" degrees, organized around entrepreneurial themes.

PBL (learning through business cases and problems), the method advocated at IMSG, aims to develop decision-making through questioning, criticism and discernment.

The mastery of digital tools and artificial intelligence is reinforced by the study of the humanities through general culture.
