On Saturday, January 12, 2019, the International Management School Geneva and the Law-Business Management Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) signed an unprecedented partnership agreement aimed at promoting academic cooperation between their students and teachers.
The aim of this Memorandum of Understanding is to encourage collaborative research and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and skills between the two institutions. The following activities are also planned:
- Organization of mutual visits with the academic and administrative teams
- Creation of joint university programs (MBA / DBA)
- Sharing academic materials
- Research and collaborative publications
- Co-organization of conferences, seminars and other academic meetings
- Co-creation of course modules
China University of Political Science and Law is a national public research university specialized in law, arts, history, philosophy, economics, management and foreign languages established in 1952 in Beijing. It is a first tier institution within the national key university Project 211 and the Project 985 Innovative Platforms for Key Disciplines as part of the national endeavor to build world-class universities. CUPL is a Chinese Ministry of Education Double First Class Discipline University with the highest status “A+” in legal studies. It is widely considered to be one of the best Chinese universities in legal studies. It is also one of the most competitive and selective universities to enter in China.
