Under its 2017 training program, the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (Romandie Region Companies Federation), of which the International Management School Geneva is a member, organizes a conference on Monday February 6th, from 17:30 to 19:00 on the theme “Management of absences and Management roles”.
Absenteeism now affects most companies and can lead to very significant costs for these ones. Indeed, this phenomenon could cause a drop in the quality of the services, a strong slowdown in growth, tensions between employees, development of rumours and dissatisfaction, and finally to alter the overall climate and performance of the company.
This conference proposes to share best practices to reduce absenteeism, the limits of their applications and introduces the notion of absences management program.
If you would like more training on this topic, a two day seminar is held on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th, March 2017. At the end of this training, participants will know what solutions to adopt to avoid too much absenteeism within the company and thereby improve the social climate of the latter.
You will find all the necessary information, as well as a registration form, for these events, on the site of the FER: www.fer-ge.ch training section.
