Further to the success of his two previous editions, International Management School Geneva have had the pleasure to welcome the Forum des Cadres (Forum of Executives) for a third conference on Tuesday 7th March at 18h30.
After a pastry-confectioner apprenticeship and passionate by gastronomy since his earliest childhood, Denis Villard realized two world records:
- a 9,60 meters “croque-en-bouche” made up of 21 000 choux buns
- a 425 meters lollipop
In front of a strong market demand, he creates “Glucose – Ecole de Sucre” (Glucose – School of Sugar), offering a 152m² area dedicated to sugar-based preparations and pastry, especially for seminars of team-building companies.
Model of success, humility and handover, he enables members of the Forum of Executives to discover this magnificent passion performing a demonstration of his know-how and explaining his entrepreneurial adventure.
