Thierry Fabiani has a doctorate in sciences of management and more particularly in marketing with an original subject “The determiners of the eating habits of seniors: the case of the sweetened products”. Graduate “École Supérieure de Commerce de Marseille” and ex-auditor of the institute of the high studies of national defence (IHEDN), he followed a 3rd cycle to HEC Montréal. MCF at the University of Corsica, he exercises advices small businesses in France and all over the world.

Thierry has an operational experience of leader of profit center in the distribution with director’s posts of a food wholesaler Unilever (40 employees) for 5 years, then as the head of Marketing department of Unilever France.
