Fadila Leturcq is Senior advisor for the digital transformation of the French government.
She joined the civil service after 6 years dedicated to human capital management: first as HR project manager in the automotive industry, then in a think tank as Head of HR Performance and Innovation, then with the consulting firm Deloitte as a consultant. She thus developed a strong expertise in HR and digital transformation of organizations, which she now puts to use in public policies.
Fadila is a graduate of INALCO, Sciences Po Aix and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Fadila is involved in civil society and is interested in defense and citizenship issues. She has been a member of the steering committee of Les Jeunes IHEDN, co-founded the association l’Ecole Marianne as well as the Fédération Francophone du Future and she is a member of the Board at La Fabrique des mobilités. She also teaches strategy and international affairs in French and Swiss business schools.
