Corporate health is a topical issue that affects both employees and managers. However, they often seem to hide that their health is intimately linked to corporate social responsibility as it contributes to business continuity and thus actively participates in the creation of value.
This exploratory survey, led by Richard DELAYE-HABERMACHER – Academic Dean of the IMSG – and Alexandra DE TOLEDO – Executive DBA & member of the “Mutations and Agilities” Chair – aims to determine the perception that leaders and managers may have small, medium and large companies, from different generations and from different countries, their health and their impact on the functioning of the organizations they lead.
