Christa Muth (born November 24, 1949 in Rheydt) is a German systems scientist, management professor and consultant, known for stressing the importance of intangibles in organizations and business strategies.
She developed an approach she called “Human Systems Engineering” taught as part of a MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) at HES-SO (Haute École Spécialisée de Suisse Occidentale) and ZHAW (de) ( Zürcher Hochschule der angewandten Wissenschaften). After handing over the leadership of this program to a successor, she developed a new area of interest in the field of “societal innovation”. Muth spent most of his life in Switzerland.
