A conference that will take place on Friday 31 May 2019 at the International Management School Geneva.
For its 21st Spring University, the International Institute for Social Auditing (IAS) invites faculty members and practitioners to study the links between Artificial Intelligence and Social Audit. On the one hand, the IA opens promising new prospects for the conduct of AS missions and its contribution can renew the tools of the auditor. On the other hand the integration / intrusion of the AS in our daily life as in the company is a source of opportunity and new risks in the various areas of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility.
If AI thus seems to contribute to the development of typically human qualities such as creativity, learning, innovation, social and emotional intelligence, recruitment, conflict resolution or decision-making, it nonetheless calls for to reflect on the necessary evolution of the law, on the redefinition of responsibility, ethics, morality or simply on human relations as a whole.
