Hervé Crausaz graduated from the University of Geneva in 1994 and qualified in 1996 in Geneva and in 1999 in Vaud. He founded the Firm Schwab Flaherty Hassberger & Crausaz in 2002 and joined Chabrier Avocats SA in 2007 as partner. He graduated from the Lausanne University in 2009 (LL.M in International and Commercial Law). Hervé is a member of the dispute resolution group of Chabrier Avocats. He has broad experience in domestic and international litigation, dispute resolution including commercial and employment litigation, white collar crimes, interim measures proceedings, debts collections and insolvency proceedings. Hervé also advises his clients, both corporations and individuals, in relation to corporate and commercial matters. Since 1997, Hervé specializes in all Labor, Employment and Immigration law matters, assisting corporation and private clients in those fields. Hervé acted as Clerk for the Geneva Labor Courts (1997 to 2002) and is a member of the State examination commission for Labor Courts Judges in Geneva.
