Elliot Romano holds a Master of Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and a PhD in Economics, Econometrics and Political Economy Department from HEC Lausanne. As an economist of energy, he gained international experience in major energy groups or monitoring and control authority. He is also active in the Energy Systems Group of the Institute of Environmental Sciences of the University of Geneva. His research include pricing and regulation of electricity and gas industry.
